As a professional luxury makeup artist and hairstylist, Cher has had the pleasure of working on many runways, movie sets & commercials in the United States and abroad. She has been published in the U.S. and also internationally: She has been published in 5 different countries and counting! Some magazines you may know, like Men's Fitness Magazine, Self Magazine, People Magazine, and Forbes Magazine to name a few. Advertising clients have included JC Penney's, Aftershokz, Gatorade, Taki’s, Haggar, Belk, Evan Williams, Neiman Marcus. Her work has been seen on MSNBC, Fox Sports Southwest, ESPN’s 30 for 30, Style Network’s “Big Rich Texas”, Starz Network’s “Magic City”, Lifetime’s Little Women of Dallas and also commercials for the Dallas Mavericks, Texas Rangers and the Dallas Stars, and the Geoffrey Ballet. Cher is has worked on the popular Bravo TV show, Real Housewives of Dallas since season 1, as the resident artist and was also the touch up artist for Bradshaw Bunch Season 1 on E!, Season 3 of Love is Blind on Netflix, and promo photoshoots for the popular Netflix series, CHEER.

With over 20 years experience in the beauty industry, and 12+ professionally at an agency level, Cher honed her business & entrepreneurial skills by working a double life, one life working in Business Development in the Real Estate/Banking/Finance industry and the second in the Beauty industry. Twelve years ago, after being held hostage in a bank robbery at her job at CitiBank, she left the finance industry for good to follow a dream as a makeup artist full time. That’s when she started Makeup Artistry by Cher. She has traveled the country as a celebrity artist guest teacher with a company called Glam Lab Studios, teaching HD makeup artistry 101 and entrepreneurial business skills to budding makeup artists. Because of her background, she has been invited to work at the 2016 SIC conventions and work on world leaders such as the Secretary of Agriculture of Mexico, Víctor Manuel Villalobos Arámbula, work on financial segments of MSNBC with Diana Orlick.

Cher enjoys working in the runway industry and has had the pleasure of working along side fashion greats, such as Zac Posen. She has had the honor of personally working with Rachel Zoe. And has worked on shows such as Dolce & Gabanna, Chloe, Brunello Cucinelli, Oscar De La Renta, and Carolina Herrera, to name a few.

As a strong believer in encouraging our youth, women and men to explore their artistic talents and also promoting positive self-image & individuality. Cher takes pride in volunteering in art classes and has a passion encouraging others and for speaking publicly on topics in regards to art, entrepreneurial topics, teaching other artists on how to monetized their passions, as well as teaching them how to create operating infrastructure for their businesses. She also speaks on how your inner world can effect the success of your outer world. Specifically talking about how the power of perception, continual self-growth & healing through forgiveness and faith can also help your business flourish. As a survivor of domestic violence and other adversities, she is currently writing a memoir that includes her success story of how she has turned tragedies in to triumphs and how to integrate self growth into your business and your day to day.
